Ingredients
½ cup finely chopped cabbage
1 cup gluten free flour (preferably jowar)
Water
2 tsp oil
1 finely chopped green chilli (optional)
1 clove finely chopped garlic (optional)
Handful finely chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Spices to taste
Instructions
In a big bowl, bring all the ingredients together and knead it into a soft dough using enough warm water
Make small dough balls and roll them out into round shapes
In a hot tawa, place the paratha, and cook it with some oil
Nicely cook it on both sides
Serve it hot with pickles or a bowl of curd!
