Gluten-free Cabbage Paratha



Ingredients

  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage

  • 1 cup gluten free flour (preferably jowar)

  • Water

  • 2 tsp oil

  • 1 finely chopped green chilli (optional)

  • 1 clove finely chopped garlic (optional)

  • Handful finely chopped coriander leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • Spices to taste

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, bring all the ingredients together and knead it into a soft dough using enough warm water

  2. Make small dough balls and roll them out into round shapes

  3. In a hot tawa, place the paratha, and cook it with some oil

  4. Nicely cook it on both sides

  5. Serve it hot with pickles or a bowl of curd!
