Ingredients
4-5 Boiled Eggs
2 tbsp Hung Curd
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Mustard Oil
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Besan
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
Salt to taste
Instructions
Take a large container and mix together hung curd or yoghurt, dry spices (listed above), salt, lemon juice, mustard oil, and gram flour.
Cut boiled eggs in half, then coat them in the batter, mixing gently.
Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
Preheat your oven to 180-200 degrees Celsius and grease a baking tray with melted butter or ghee.
Arrange the eggs on the tray.
Optional step: Add a piece of burnt coal to the tray for a smoky flavour.
Bake until the eggs are cooked through, then garnish with onion rings.
