2. Will I have to leave my favourite foods?No, not at all. In fact, we would base our diet charts and recipes around your likings & preferences. Our nutritionist might just add an extra bowl of ice cream for you!

3. Do I always weigh what I eat?For the first week it is essential to weigh the ingredients while cooking. By the second week, you would be confident enough with the quantities and could avoid weighing them.

4. Do I have to go to the gym everyday?Workout schedules differ from person to person. We would design a plan that would be best suited for you. However, it might just be wise to plan out your gym sessions around the time your gym crush is working out.
